Helen teaches Vinyasa Hatha Yoga at the Eco Park on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Her classes are dynamic, flowing and suitable for almost everyone, often with a special focus for athletes, runners and surfers. Wear something not too loose but easy to move in. Bring a mat if you have one: a small number of spares are available. Yoga classes usually take place in The Barn or in very good weather, outside in the grounds of the Eco Park.
Monday and Thursday: 6.45-8pm, all levels – beginners are welcome.
Wednesday: 6.30-8pm – some previous experience is required to join this class.
