Corporate Events Catering

All our catering is served from the onsite Cabana Cafe or from buffet tables in the Eco Park Barn or Atrium. In the summer your delegates can take their lunch outside and sit in the Atrium, or take a walk out onto the site. In the winter, the fire in the Barn will be lit for something a bit cosier!

Sandwich selection​: made with locally baked bread or multi-seed wraps (choice of 2 fillings include: caramelised red onion jam, goats cheese & rocket; hummus & garden leaves; roast squash & tahini; indian tomato pickle & grated carrot; house peanut butter & honey; brie, tomato chutney & spinach; tomato, basil oil & mozzarella, cheddar & mango pickle): £5pp

Jumbo Veggie/Vegan Sos roll served with homemade BBQ/brown/sweet chili sauce; crunchy apple slaw & dressed garden salad: £9.80pp

A Mezze Buffet​: Garden grown mixed Salad leaves & herb dressing; hummus; bakery bread selection, olive oil & dukka; sundried tomato dip; two seasonal salads. £9.60pp/ £12 followed by a rich Chocolate Almond Brownie.
Traditional Lunch:​ Seasonal quiche/ frittata with crunchy apple/root slaw, garden grown green salad & herb dressing with bakery bread selection. £9.60pp

Sri Lankan Dhal: ​gently spiced red lentil dahl (soup) with turmeric, ginger & curry leaves. Served with tomato sambal, coconut & coriander chutney, toasted pittas. £6pp
