Breath Beats – 4th Birthday
Breath Beats is a joyful combination of Breathwork & Dance. A playful journey through breath & somatic movement to energise, open & connect, flowing into an evening of global music to uplift the soul and dance in community. Breathing and dancing in a group stirs a magic, a memory deep in the bones of how we once were together and what we can re-ignite. With DJ Dave Sir Vinyl, Samye Hatfield on percussion, and Anna de Vere from Wild Breath.
We’d love you to join us to breath and dance on the grass in the gorgeous Amphitheatre at the Eco Park, to celebrate 4 years of Breath Beats! We’ll be dancing with a fire and finishing with hearty food together afterwards.
From our first little experiment of squeezing 20 people in the tiny Jupiter Galery in Newlyn to many joyous, fun and also deeply moving moments of community and connection over the years, from hobit houses & village halls all the way to Tropical Pressure & Medicine Festival, Its been utter magic! And we want to thank everyone that comes for co-creating this!
What to bring: a bottle of water, a cushion and blanket or something cosy to nest in,
Please try and arrive by 5.45pm at the latest so we can settle in and start together ❤
(In case of rain we will be relocating indoor to the incredible Skylarking space.)
Tickets are £20 or £15 for concessions.
Hearty Vegan meal £10 (will be confirmed soon.. check back for add on food ticket option!)
We will be planting a tree for each person breathing with us through TreeSisters to give back to the ‘Lungs of the World.’
