Ecstatic Kundalini
Come join us for some full embodied movement, with kundalini dynamic warm up – moving into ecstatic dance with a high vibe live DJ set.
Fresh from a joyful summer at Paradhis and Tropical Pressure, we’re bringing our blend of Ecstatic Dance and Kundalini Yoga to Cornwall and further afield. This offering is created by Anna Lempriere and DJ Transcend (Wayne Robbins), who together hold over fifty years of practice in Kundalini and Vedic traditions.
Their shared journey through dance, yoga and meditation inspires a space where people can move, release and reconnect.
Wayne’s path was shaped by the 90s rave scene, where the music and energy lit a spark, that still fuels him today. Wayne Stepped into Vedic Meditation in 2003 and became a Teacher in 2017, holding various Retreats and Teaching courses. Since stepping into DJing in 2023 he has shared his sets at his own events & at Rave Om.
Anna has held space for 24 years as a Kundalini Yoga teacher and guide for women.
She leads circles, supports empowerment through her Speak You program
and brings heart‑opening music to her classes.

What to expect:
Wear some comfortable clothes that you can stretch & move in, please bring water, a blanket and a yoga mat.
We start our session by tuning in, the kundalini yoga part begins with gently stretching to warm up our bodies muscles, opening somatically. Getting present with the breath. We then progress to more playful, dynamic movements, they can be repetitive, often fast-paced exercises combined with specific breathing techniques that really raise the energy.
We progress from the ground to standing. All movements are guided and playful elevating the group bliss, before you’re all encouraged to dance freely to the DJ live set with Wayne, towards the end of the event you are brought gently back down to the ground with a closing relaxation.
