Join a circle of women who are ready to embrace menopause at whatever stage they are on this journey and find out more about how to thrive during this important transition, which represents a third of our lives. Meet likeminded women and share thoughts and experiences.
This gentle morning will be guided by two guest speakers, Ginnie and Polly. Nutritional Coach Ginnie will be coaching on how to tailor your nutrition and eat well for your menopause journey; Personal Trainer Polly will be explaining how different types of exercise and movement can support your health and wellbeing during menopause and beyond. We will close the session with a guided relaxation.
