Into Me I See – monthly Temple exploring intimacy with life
A monthly Temple exploring intimacy with self and others through movement, ritual and connection practices.
13th March | 10th April 7 – 9pm.
Into Me I See is 2 hour monthly temple where you can meet yourself in a joyful, playful, ritualistic way.
This is a facilitated group spacer where all of you is welcome.
You are invited to connect with yourself in an authentic and embodied way and from that place enjoy intimacy and connection with others.
There will be music, movement and dancing, connection practices, meditation and ritual.
But there is no one to be, nothing to do.
There is no expectation for you.
Come with an open mind and heart.
Be willing to experience the simple joy of being alive.
What this is:
- A group experience for all bodies and gender identities.
- A place for the ‘beginner’s mind’. No experience of Temple or group spaces is necessary.
- An inclusive event that welcomes the full expression of your humanity. Including your emotions, fears, pleasures and pains.
- A space to express yourself freely. Wear whatever you want. Dress for comfort or for beauty and self-expression. No nudity.
- A guided space held by an experienced facilitator.
- A sober space. No drugs, alchohol or micro-dosing. Get high on life 😉
What this is not:
- A place to engage others without consent. Physical connection is welcome but there is no expectation to touch or engage with anyone if you don’t want to.
- This is a sensual space but not sexual. We are exploring true intimacy with self and others without agenda or goal. This is a space for nourishing (often platonic) intimacy of a high calibre and honest humanity.
- A place for lots of talking. Sharing and reflections will be invited and welcome but this is not a ‘chatty space’. It is an opportunity to explore connection without lots of words.
Doors will close at 7.15 pm, after that you will not be allowed to come in. Please arrive on time.

Olivia has spent years exploring Temple culture and transformational spaces that welcome the full expression of our humanity. She is Transformational Mentor and Facilitator. From her early career in politics and Downing Street to Temples, Tantra and Mystery schools, her life has led her to explore sex, power and what it means to be a soulful human living a life of deep meaning. Olivia holds events and retreats in the UK and loves to romp along the Cornish headlands with her beloved rescue dog.
