Dear Traders,
We are delighted that you will be joining us at The Eco Park Summer Market on Sunday August 10th 2025!
Please use the menu options to choose your pitch size and any extras (table, electricity). Add each option to the basket, then go to the checkout to pay for your pitch.
We have decided not to increase our prices this year. There are 3 stall options to choose from:
– Standard space – 1.8m x 1.5m – £30 (Please add Table + £5 and or Electricity + £5 from the drop down if required)
Standard stalls will be indoor/undercover, either in our expanded Barn venue or the Atrium, which is a covered space located between our barn and events field space.
– Large Outdoor space – 4m x 4m – £50
Large stalls will be on our events field, you must supply your own stall set up, including gazebo etc. Suitable for plants, outdoor art and larger self contained clothing stalls.
– Food trader – £135
Food or drinks traders must provide their own stall, this includes a 16 amp electric hook up point, you must provide your own cables for hook up.
Please note:
Any food traders must be 100% plant based.
We are strictly single use plastic free and will not allow any traders who use any single use plastics to trade on site.
All stallholders must have their own public liability insurance.
