Celebrating 2 years of Breath Beats!

We have decided to put together an extra special event to mark the occasion and say thank you to all the Breathers & Dancers that have co-created these joyful happenings!

We are beyond delighted to announce that we will be joined by a very special guest, Kweku from K.O.G. who will be weaving in his magic within our Breath Beats session offering his unique work… ‘KUSUM: Ancestral African Sound & Movement Ceremonies’

Welcome to KUSUM – African Sound and Movement. We invite you to join us on this joyful and uplifting journey, where we use rhythm, movement and enchanting sounds from Africa to create a sacred space for healing, meditation and a healthy balance for mind, body and soul. Connect with heart opening songs from Africa accompanied with chants and movements to help lift our spirits and consciousness.

All abilities welcome – no routines to learn – a joyous connection and celebration of HUMANITY!

Breath Beats is a joyful combination of Breathwork & Dance. A playful journey through breath & somatic movement to energise, open & connect, flowing into an evening of global music to uplift the soul and dance in community. Breathing and dancing in a group stirs a magic, a memory deep in the bones of how we once were together and what we can re-ignite. With Dave Sir Vinyl and Anna de Vere from Wild Breath.
