The following terms apply under our Coronavirus Booking Guarantee. You will need to agree to these terms before you confirm your booking. This policy supersedes any standard cancellation policies which may usually be in place.
We require only a 20% deposit at the time of booking.
A balance payment for the full amount will be due 10 days before holiday starts, when you can be sure that your holiday is going ahead.
In the event of cancellation due to Coronavirus restrictions or for self-isolation, the customer has the flexibility to move the booking to alternative available dates within 18 months of the start date of their holiday (the ‘flexible rebooking policy’) with no additional charges. If the customer chooses a date where the same accommodation is only available at a higher price, the additional prevailing rate for the stay will be due. The flexible rebooking policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions. Flexible rebooking is not available for cancellations related to weather or other reasons.
Due to the flexible dates offering, the low deposit and late balance payments, no refunds are available to the customer on any funds paid to the campsite (either the deposit or the balance). If the customer fails to pay the balance by 10 days prior to the holiday start date, the deposit may be deemed to be forfeited and the booking cancelled. In such an event the flexible rebooking policy will no longer apply.
We recommend additional cancellation insurance to cover in the event of cancellations other than Coronavirus restrictions.
Most of our late night events are strictly 18 years and over. If you would like to bring someone who is under 18 to an event, please call the office on 01209 891500 to find out the age limits before you purchase a ticket.
Campers under 18 years of age MUST be accompanied by parent or guardian that we recommend is at least 21 years of age or older.
We do not accept bookings for large groups. We are a family friendly campsite and have a 10pm noise curfew. Anyone who books a large group will not be allowed to camp and we will not issue a refund. Anyone who persistently breaks the noise curfew will be asked to leave.
1. More than 4 weeks from the date of event – 100% refunded back to you.
2. Less than 4 weeks but more than 2 week from the event – 50% of your booking fee retained by the Eco Park.
3. Within 1 week of the event – 100% of the fee retained by the Eco Park
Gift vouchers can only be used to purchase the product specified on each individual voucher. Discount codes cannot be used when purchasing gift vouchers. Gift vouchers are valid for 48 months after purchase. After 48 consecutive months the gift voucher will expire and the remaining balance will be lost.
If you would like to spend your gift voucher on something that costs more than the gift voucher value, you will simply need to pay the difference. If you’d like to spend your gift voucher on something that costs less than the gift voucher value, the amount of your purchase will be deducted, and you can then use the remaining balance for future purchases. We are not able to give change.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.
