Breath Beats
Breath Beats is a joyful combination of Breathwork & Dance. A playful journey through breath & somatic movement to energise, open & connect, flowing into an evening of global music to uplift the soul and dance in community.
Breathing and dancing in a group stirs a magic, a memory deep in the bones of how we once were together and what we can re-ignite. With Sir Vinyl DJ Dave Spenceley & Anna de Vere from Wild Breath.
We are supper excited to be holding another event at The Eco Park from 6.30pm – 9.30pm on Friday 10th November.
The Canteen will be open from 5pm (If your going to eat before leave at least an hour for digestion!)
Please try and arrive by 6.30pm at the latest so we can settle in and start together 
Please bring a bottle of water, a cushion and blanket or something cosy to nest in.
Tickets are £20 or £15 for concessions.
We will be planting a tree for each person breathing with us through TreeSisters to give back to the ‘Lungs of the World.’
