Conscious & Calm Mother’s Circle

A safe space for like-minded mums to come together, support one another, take time out and unwind… a 6-week series to help you feel energised and rejuvenated!

Join Navit, CBT therapist and founder of Conscious & Calm, in the green room to take some time out where you can relax and re-connect to yourself. Each week there will be a different theme to support and inspire you in your self-care journey; a chance for you to reflect on what you need and guided relaxation exercises that you will be able to use whenever you want to connect to feelings of calm again.

Conscious & Calm mothers circles are a safe and nurturing space where you can be yourself and express what you need in confidence and without judgement. A place where you can feel held in dealing with the challenges you face in this phase of your life and find support and connection with like-minded women. Our circles offer you time to unwind and relax and give you the chance to practice exercises designed to help you find moments of peace that you can use in your day-to-day life. 

If you wear a mask, please wear it on entry and remove when seated. Please bring your own hand sanitiser if you wish. Places are limited. Please do what you can to keep yourself and others well and healthy. If you have any symptoms on the day of the sessions, please stay home and give your body the chance to heal.

Cost: From £6 (community tickets are also available for free/low cost for those who would be otherwise unable to attend)

Free parking available on site

Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to sit on, some water and a pen/paper to make notes if you want to.
