Pregnancy Yoga with Active Birth Classes

Active birth yoga for pregnancy combines gentle yoga stretches suitable for complete beginners with active birth movements and positions. Suitable for ALL mummies-to-be, with key antenatal info woven throughout the class. I am a birth & post-natal doula so have first hand knowledge and understanding of birth.

About these classes:

Start from 13 weeks until 42 weeks and beyond if you wish

Book a drop in class for £12 or a block of 5 or 6 classes for £50/60

Small class size

Classes vary each week, tailored to you

Yoga postures – safe, gentle and effective

Active Birth positions & techniques

In addition to the above, classes include the following:

Valuable Breathing techniques (can be used for Caesarean Birth)

Pelvic Floor techniques

Relaxation with beautiful music (some guided Hypnobirthing/Meditations on occasion)
