We are so pleased to be opening the doors to the Eco Park Press once again. Based in studio 3, the print room has plenty of space to spread out and we are running workshops for small groups. Riso Printing workshop 26th September Amy from @ecoparkpress offers an introduction to Riso which offers plenty of scope for individual creativity, by bridging the gap between screen printing and offset printing Linocut Printmaking Workshop
3rd October and 7th November Penryn based printmaker Jill Dunn from @riverbirdstudio will guide you through the design, carving, inking and printing stages to create a final piece which is yours to take home. If you've stayed with us you'll know we have a camping field called Tywarnhayle View. A mouthful we know! It's named after the Cornish tin mine which sits across the valley from the campsite. Tywarnhayle mine is one of a few that still stands. We have missed welcoming our lovely volunteers to our site, so we are excited to bring back Volunteer Fridays from Friday 2nd October 9.30am to 1pm. We will be working in groups of 6 on different task while maintaining social distance. All activities are outdoors and we have plenty of space to spread out! We have 3 huts of varying sizes, all of which are cosy and perfect for an autumnal staycation.
